I dont know what I would have done without her ongoing support. I had lost trust in the surgery but now I feel comfortable speaking openly and I KNOW I am listened to and heard. Through tests I am now recieving treatment for things I did not know was causing so much pain. I believe we have a really good professional relationship and I am treated as an equal .

She is so easy to talk to and makes the service personable. Nothing is too much trouble and I really feel like I can book an appointment and just talk to her and she understands. She never tried to rush me off and includes me in the decision making. She has made me feel so comfortable talking through my issues and it's great that she calls me for regular check ups too. She is so positive and always turns a positive spin on things, affirming my confidence. Thank you.
